River of Life is an organization based in South Korea, dedicated to delivering life-saving resources and Jesus' message of salvation to the people of North Korea.

Our mission is to bring light into the darkness, to bring hope to the hopeless, and to bring love to those who are in need. Through faith, commitment and a proven FOUR STEP APPROACH, we make a difference in the lives of the North Korean people, providing them with essential resources and the gospel of Jesus Christ.

At River of Life, we offer a range of life-saving resources, including financial support, food, phones, medical supplies, humanitarian aid and small business consulting. We also provide spiritual and emotional support, helping individuals find strength and resilience in the face of great adversity, poverty and Totalitarianism.

NORTH KOREA PUBLICLY EXECUTES PEOPLE, SOME FOR READING THE BIBLE
As many as 80 people were publicly executed in North Korea (2013), some for offenses as minor as watching South Korean movies or possessing a Bible.
South Korean newspaper JoongAng Ilbo reports that so-called criminals were put to death in seven cities across North Korea in the first known large-scale public executions by the Kim Jong-un regime.
North Korean law allows public executions for minor crimes such as religious activism.
